Processing time

Most orders ship within 1 business day from our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order goes out.

Domestic shipping (US)

Free standard shipping applies to orders over $75 after discounts and before tax.

International shipping

We ship to most countries via standard international mail (7-14 business days) and DHL Express (3-5 business days). Rates and customs duties are calculated at checkout. The recipient is responsible for any import taxes or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute packages once they've left our warehouse. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll be charged the return shipping fee.

Lost or damaged packages

Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or within 7 days of delivery for damage claims. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and reship or refund as appropriate.
